摘要
以GPMS生产管理系统为基础平台集成配用电系统,实现故障辅助研判与报修管理,实现抢修资源(人、车辆、物资、工器具)管理和科学调配;将智能化现场抢修作业延伸,辅助抢修资源统一调度,及时反馈抢修进展情况,为抢修决策和过程监督提供数据支撑;基于电网GIS综合展示停电信息、抢修资源、抢修进展情况、气象雷电信息,实现抢修全息化辅助决策。文章阐述了系统对配网生产抢修起到的积极促进作用,提高了配网生产抢修精益化管理水平。
To better make aided breakdown location and scientifically manage and schedule repair resources including personnel, vehicles, materials, apparatuses, this paper studies key functions of the GIS-based distribution network production repair command platform which integrates the basic GPMS and distribution systems. The platform extends the intelligent site repairing, masters timely the progress of repairing, and provides data support for repairing decision and process monitoring. Using the GIS, the platform synthetically displays outage information, repairing resources, repairing progress and weather information to make repairing decisions. The platform plays an active role in the distribution production repairing and improves the lean management level of the distribution production repairing.
