摘要
为了应对新型媒体微博给电力行业舆情监控领域带来的新挑战,电力行业应该充分利用新技术,做好微博舆情监控和危机处理工作。文章基于Android开发平台,以移动互联网为工具,详细论述了电力行业微博舆情监控系统总体设计、系统运行流程以及系统实现。该系统已投入使用,运行状况良好,是信息新技术与电力行业结合的成功案例。
In order to deal with new challenges in the field of public opinion monitoring, brought by a new media microblogging, the power industry should take full advantage of new information technologies to implement microblogging public opinion monitoring and crisis management. Taking mobile internet as application background, this paper describes the overall design, operation process and implementation of the android-based power industry microblogging public opinion monitoring system in detail. Currently, the system has been put into operation with good conditions, which shows that this a successful example of application of new information technologies to the power industry.
