摘要
随着供电业务的拓广,实体营业厅资源紧张、运营成本高、服务效率低等一系列问题逐渐凸显,为了更好地服务客户,贵州电网公司建设了网上营业厅系统。它以企业本身为核心,建立连接最终用户的渠道,使企业节省大量的成本,而且还可以快速实施企业业务策略,提高客户满意度,增加企业的竞争优势。文章描述了网上营业厅系统的系统架构、功能设计和安全设计。
With the expansion of power services, some issues in physical business halls such as resource deficiency, high operation cost, low service efficiency, etc, are gradually appearing. To serve users better, Guizhou Power Grid Corporation constructs an online service center. The center takes enterprise itself as the core and provides multi-channels of connecting end users, which will be helpful to save lots of enterprise operation cost, rapidly implement business strategies, improve customer satisfaction and increase enterprise competitive advantages. This paper describes its system structure, function design and security design of online service center.
