摘要
针对大型铝合金件的锻造过程 ,采用实验与计算机模拟相结合的办法 ,分别对锻件内部冶金缺陷的变化及其应变场进行了分析。研究表明 :通过合理设计锻模 ,选择适当的坯料尺寸 ,能有效防止锻件内部冶金缺陷的进一步扩大。计算机模拟分析是准确预测和解释锻造过程内部缺陷变化的可靠手段。
In large aluminum alloy forgings,the change of inside metallurgical defects and the strain fields have been studied by experimental and numerical simulation.It shows that rational die design and billet size can effectively prevent the defects from further enlarging.The results of numerical simulation help to accurately predict and understand the change of metallurgical defects during forging.
