摘要 锻件质量和锻造行业的技术经济效益很大程度上取决于预成形工步和预成形设计。由于问题的复杂性 ,通常是在实际生产经验基础上 ,通过反复试验的方法进行预成形工步和预成形设计。显然 ,这种情况已不能满足以信息技术为主导的高新技术发展的需要。本文介绍一种基于正向有限元数值模拟和最优化方法的锻件预成形设计新方法 ,并对这种方法实施过程中遇到的若干关键技术进行探讨。应用根据这种方法所建立的锻件预成形设计原型系统 ,对 FGH95合金涡轮盘锻件用坯料进行预成形设计 ,取得了令人满意的结果。 Forging quality and technical economic benefit of plastic working industries strongly depend on preform sequence and preform design.Because of the complexity of problem,the preform sequence and preform are usually determined through trial and error method based on practical experience and intuition.Obviously,the above situation could not meet the needs of development of high tech dominated by information technique.In present paper,a new preform design method based on FEM numerical simulation and optimization was presented,and several know how that must be solved during the implementation of the new method were investigated.The preform for FGH95 turbine disk forging was designed by using the preform optimization prototype system developed by the authors,the obtained results were satisfied.
