A Brief Discussion on the Chinese Teaching Reflection

新课程改革把教学反思提到了一个新的高度,叶澜、波斯纳等中外教授学者也说过"教学反思"的重要性。的确,一个教师的健康成长离不开"学"与"思"。回首自己的教学生涯,愈发觉得"教学反思"就是探索教师自身成长的最佳途径。如何进行有效的反思?如何写好自己的反思?已成为当今教育工作者研究的热门话题。

With the in-depth development of the new curriculum reform, the teaching reflection has stepped on- to a new height. Many scholars and professors from home and abroad such as Ye Lan and Posner emphasize the im- portance of the teaching reflection as well. Indeed, the wholesome development of a teacher is closely related to ＂ learning＂ and ＂reflection＂. Looking back upon my own teaching career, I increasingly feel that teaching reflection is the best way for the teacher＇s professional development. Therefore, how to facilitate effective reflection and how to write it down is a heated topic for educators nowadays. This paper discusses the author＇s opinion on the middle school Chinese teaching reflection.
