Experiment on Microlecture Scientific Research Project to Promote the Rapid Development of the Master Teacher Candidate

课题研究和教育教学是学校教学工作的重要组成部分,开展课题研究提高教学质量,教学质量的提高是推动课题研究发展的动力,二者有机结合是课程改革不断深入的发展趋势。本文通过对微课程这一新兴技术的阐述,利用网络多媒体视频,提出新的学习形式,开展学校课题研究,提升教师的专业水平。

Project research and teaching are important components of the school work and the former can im- prove the quality of teaching. The improvement of the teaching quality is the driving force for the promotion of pro- ject research and the organic combination of both is the trend for deepening the curriculum reform. Based on the ac- count of the new technology of microlecture, this paper makes use of the network multimedia video, puts forward new modes of learning, implements proiect research and enhances theprofessionalism of the teacher.
