This paper focuses on the discussion of the development of an educational community and the im- provement of teachers＇ quality from the following three aspects： coordination of teaching and scientific research to bring about teacher wisdom; promotion of teaching skills based on particular school culture; advancement of teaching and teachers＇ quality at multiple levels.
