摘要
文章通过"知情意行"模式设计调查指标,分析福建省农村初中物理骨干教师的教育科研现状,并将教育科研行为分为四个阶段:被动性阶段、自发性阶段、自觉性阶段、自动性阶段。根据调查结论对普遍停留在自发性阶段和自觉性阶段的农村初中物理骨干教师提出培养建议。
Based on "the Model of Cognition-Emotion-Will-Behavior", this paper makes a survey to analyzes the status quo of the physics teachers" educational and scientific research in the rural junior middle schools in Fujian and divides their education and research behavior into four stages: passive phase, spontaneous stage, conscientiousness, and initiative stage. And based on the conclusion of this survey, this paper puts forward some training suggestions for the rural junior physics teachers who are unable to move forward from the spontaneous stage and conscientious stage.
