借助农业技术进步促进农业经济增长的对策探析——以江苏省为例

Analysis of Contribution of Agricultural Technology Progress to Agricultural Economic Growth ——A Case Study in Jiangsu Province

随着社会进步,农业科学技术发展和应用助推了农业经济增长。截止到去年,江苏省农业技术进步对农业经济增长的贡献率已经达到62.1%,但是农业技术进步仍然存在着制约因素,如农业劳动力素质偏低,缺乏农业专业人才,生产经营信息化程度偏低,科技创新和农业脱节,缺乏创新体系,等等。因此,我省必须加大科技投入,实施科技兴农战略,注重完善人才培养机制来促进农业技术进步,最终提高农业经济增长。

With the progress of society, the development of agricultural science and technology has promoted the growth of the agricultural economy. By the end of last year, Jiangsu^s contribution ofagricultural technology progress has reached 62. l%. However,there are some constraints on the pro- gress of agricultural technology, such as： low quality of agricultural labor force, lack of agricultura professional talents,low level of production management information, disconnect between technologi cal innovation and agriculture and lack of innovation system. Therefore, we must increase investmen of science and technology, develop agriculture through science and technology, pay attention to per sonnel training to promote agricultural technology progress and agricultural economic growth.
