农村妇女人力资源作为农村女性劳动力的拥有者,是农村人力资源的主要组成部分,它具有能动性、资本性和增值性等显著特征。从马克思人的全面发展学说、二元经济理论、现代人力资本理论、产业结构变动中劳动力资源变化趋势理论以及社会性别理论等视角,系统分析农村妇女人力资源与新农村建设各发展要素的关系,发现农村妇女人力资源是农村物质资本积累的基本源泉、农业现代化发展的主力军、农村公共事务的重要参与者、农村先进性别文化的主动塑造者、加快城市化进程的主要推动者和农村社会可持续发展的积极影响者。

The human resource of rural women, as owners of the female labor force in rural areas, is a major part of the human resources in rural areas. It has the initiative, capital and value-added and other significant features.
