摘要
隐喻的理解受文化影响和语境的制约。英语短对话听力中的隐喻性表达影响着学生对话语意义的理解,在听力教学中教师要有意识地培养学生的隐喻认知能力、重视词汇教学和文化知识的渗透,同时要帮助学生借助语境,发挥联想,培养推理能力。
The understanding of metaphor is affected by culture and context. Metaphorical expres- sions in English short conversation will hinder the comprehension of conversational implicature. There- fore, in listening teaching, teachers should cultivate students' cognitive competence of metaphor, focus on vocabulary teaching and the input of cultural information, and foster students' ability to infer conver- sational implicature.
