摘要
教育公益性包含教育的公共性和教育的公平性两方面。当前,我国在教育公益性上还面临着教育资源分配不均、办学主体的趋利性、义务教育年限太短、政府经费投入不足等问题,应从坚持以人为本的理念、注重资源分配相对均衡、修改完善《义务教育法》,并制定《教育投入法》等方面促进教育的公益性。
The education public welfare includes publicity and fairness. At present, some problemsexist such as unfair education resources allocation, profit-oriented school running way, short time of compulsory education and not enough funds from government. To solve these problems, it should insiston people tlrst, pay more attention on equal education recourses, pertect the Law oI Gompulsory Educa- tion and draft related laws.
