摘要
米根霉是生产绿色平台生物化学品L-乳酸、富马酸的理想菌种。针对根霉菌利用反应分离耦合技术生产有机酸的研究现状进行评述,详细讨论了基于耦合过程的根霉菌固定化、生物反应器开发以及分离等三个关键技术。随着科技的不断发展,应用各种新兴手段将不断改良现有反应/分离耦合过程工艺,必将实现发酵法生产有机酸的大规模工业化。
Rhizopus oryzae is a preferable species for its outstanding ability to directly produce optically pure L- lactic acid and fumaric acid. In this paper, the research status in production of organic acid by Rhizopus sp. in- tegrated with in-situ product separation process has been reviewed. The immobilization, bioreactor development, and separation technologies in the process of organic acid production by Rhizopus sp., based on process coupling, have been discussed in detail. The progress of science and technology would accelerate the occurrence of modi- fied species and process, which would accordingly realize the industrial manufacture of organic acid by fermen- tation process.
