摘要 教师合作是教师自愿或有组织的就共同感兴趣的教学或学术研究问题平等协商、共同研讨,依靠集体智慧寻求解决方案,进而提高教师的教学和科研水平,促进其专业发展的行动方式。教师合作的基础有多种,合作模式有多样,但其目的都是为了实现资源共享,提高育人质量,谋求共同发展。高校教师合作已成为一种趋势,成为教师专业发展的一个重要途径。 The teacher cooperation is a voluntary or organized action on discussing the common teaching or a- cademic research problems in equal consultation, relying on the collective wisdom to seek solutions, so as to improve teachers" teaching and scientific research level, and promote their professional development. The teacher cooperation has variety of basis and forms, but the purpose is to realize the sharing of resources, im- prove the education quality, and seek common development. University teachers" cooperation has become a trend, and an important way of teacher professional development.
