论社会主义新农村建设的理论渊源

On Theoretical Origin of New Socialist Countryside Construction

中央作出的建设社会主义新农村的战略决策,既蕴含着许多基于新的实践而生成的新理念、新理论,从而体现出其现实创新性,也承接了国内外历史上许多有价值的相关思想理论,从而体现出其历史继承性。社会主义新农村建设的理论渊源体现为三个基本层面:根本理论基础是马克思主义经典作家的农村发展理论,直接理论来源是中国共产党三代领导核心的"三农"思想,重要理论借鉴是国外农村建设的实践经验。

The strategic decision of building a new socialist countryside made by the central government is both rath- er innovative for its new concepts and new theories based on new practice and historically inheriting for absorbing many valuable domestic and foreign ideas and theories. The new socialist rural construction theory mainly originated from three levels with fundamental theory coming from the rural development theory by classic Marxist writers, the direct theoretical source from ＂three agriculture＂thoughts put forward by three generations of CPC leaders and the important theory reference from practical experiences of rural construction in other countries.
