Practical experiences and skills of single incision laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of colorectal cancer

通过回顾应用单孔腹腔镜行结直肠肿瘤的手术治疗,包括乙状结肠切除术、右半结肠切除术、横结肠切除术、直肠癌前根治术、结肠造瘘术等术式。总结单孔条件下手术操作的特点和规律,探讨单孔腹腔镜行结直肠肿瘤手术的经验及技巧。结果显示各种术式操作顺利,取得满意的微创和美容效果。单孔腹腔镜结直肠手术是可行的,并具有其独有的特点。

We summarized our experiences with single incision laparoscopic surgery for colorectal cancer. A series of operations were performed with single incision laparoscopic techniques including sigmoidectomy, right hemicolectomy, transverse colectomy, anterior resection of rectal cancer, and colostomy. Operative features and patterns of the techniques were described. All these techniques were performed successfully with a minimally invasive but better cosmetic effect. Single incision laparoscopic surgery is feasible in the treatment of colorectal cancer.
