中国金融安全指数的构建及实证分析

Construction and Test of China Financial Security Index

本文分别从宏观经济安全、中观经济安全、微观金融市场机构和国际外部风险冲击四个方面选择22个基础指标,构建了中国金融安全指数,通过主成分分析和主观赋值相结合的方法确定各基础指标权重,刻画了1985～2011年期间中国金融安全状况。检验结果表明,本文的中国金融安全指数的变化趋势与金融安全状况的历史事实基本吻合,初步验证了本文的中国金融安全指数的适用性和正确性,可以用来反映和评价中国金融的安全状况。

This article builds a financial security index of China with principal components analysis.The index covers 22 components from the four dimensions of financial security:macroeconomic security,intermediate economic security,micro financial market structure,and external shocks.The article estimates the values of the index for the years from 1985 to 2011 and explains its dynamics.
