摘要
通过相图对钢包不同部位粘渣后渣层化学成分及矿物组成的分析 ,采用铝硅系原料和少量稀土研制的喷涂料性能良好 ,热态喷涂在线钢包减轻了其粘渣增重现象 ,并获得稳定包龄。
Through analysis on chemical components and mineral compositions of slag layer in different pants of ladle according to phase diagrams, the sprayed material has good properties which has been developed from Al-Si material and a few rate earth. Hot-sprayed on-line ladle reduces weight of sticking slag, and then prolongs ladle service time.
