On the Teaching Methods Reform of Nomology

法理学教学方法改革是近年来法学界的一个热点问题,传统法理学的教学方法主要以讲授式为主,但该方法有一定的不足之处。授课教师应根据学生实际情况和教学内容选择法理学教学方法。讲授教学法、案例教学法、学生讲授教学法、课堂讨论法、多媒体教学法等如能组合运用得当,将对法理学的教与学大有裨益。

The teaching method reform of Nomology is a heated point in jurisprudential circle in recent years.Traditional teaching methods adopted in Nomology mainly focuses on teacher＇s teaching.However,there are some shortcomings in this method.Teacher should choose teaching methods according to students＇ actual situation and teaching content.A proper use of lecturing teaching method,case teaching,student teaching method,in-class discussion method and multi-media teaching method can be helpful to the teaching and learning of Nomology.
