The exercise of the right to freedom of expression needs to be guided and standardized by law.The improper use of the right of free expression may lead to criminal liability,administrative responsibility,civil responsibility and relative responsibility exemption.From these views,this paper discusses the boundary of freedom of speech rights in expectation to guide people to regulate the exercise of freedom of expression.
