On the Value and Practice of Talents Training Diversification for Ethnic Students——Take Inner Mongolia University of Finance and Econmics for Example

探索少数民族学生人才培养模式多元化,既是经济社会发展的需要,也是学校塑造办学特色的自觉选择,更体现了教育促进个体全面发展和个性发展的价值追求。本文以内蒙古财经大学少数民族学生培养教育为例,总结了少数民族学生人才培养模式多元化的做法、成绩和存在的不足,并提出了加强和改进的建议。

An exploration of talents training diversification for ethnic students is not only a demand for economic and social development,but also a volunteer choice for school to build schooling characteristics.It is an embodiment of education＇s promotion of individual＇s overall development and the value pursuit of personality development.Through a case study of IMUFE in this aspect,this paper summarizes the measures,the achievement and shortcomings,puts forward suggestion on strengthening and improving.
