摘要
本文采用统计描述法与规范分析法,从毕业生就业市场供求关系角度,分析了内蒙古财经大学毕业生就业优势与劣势,并根据存在的问题提出从大学生、用人单位、政府、劳动力市场等四个方,构建促进大学生就业的长效机制和高校在专业设置、课程设置及人才培养方面以市场需求为导向加强大学实践课程,满足劳动力市场对大学毕业生的需求,提高大学毕业生就业率的建议。
With the methods of statistical description and normative analysis,from the view of market supply and demand relationship for university graduate,this paper analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of students' employment of IMUFE.Based on the existed problems,this paper puts forward the idea of constructing long-term employment mechanism and that university should strengthen market-orientated practical course construction from specialty set-up,curriculum set-up and talents training so as to meet labor market's demand for university graduates.At last this paper puts forward suggestion on how to improve university graduates' employment rate.
