摘要
为了提高板形目标曲线的设定精度 ,总结了板形目标曲线的意义 ,确定了温度附加应力和卷取附加应力 ,进而设定了一组具有补偿附加因素作用的板形目标曲线。结果表明 :经过补偿设定的最终实际板形与轧制时在线实测板形吻合较好 ,可获得良好平直度的带钢。
To improve the precision of the plank shape target curves, the significance about plank shape target curves was summarized and the temperature additional stress and rolling additional stress were confirmed. A set of curves that possess compensation additional factor on strip shape target was obtained. The results indicated that the compensated scheduled flattness is preferably accord ant with the online rolling flattness, so the strip with good flattness can be obtained after the compensation.
