经肠系膜上动脉栓塞治疗小肠血管畸形出血一例并文献复习
摘要
早在1984年就有关于栓塞治疗胃和结肠血管畸形导致出血的报道。经供血动脉微粒栓塞小肠血管畸形导致出血，可立即止血，并可指导随后进行的外科治疗。Kawamura等报道2例单纯栓塞治疗小肠血管畸形的病例，短期效果良好，无即刻和近期并发症出现。但关于小肠血管畸形出血栓塞治疗的长期效果和安全性不确定，现报道1例经肠系膜动脉分支栓塞治疗小肠血管畸形出血患者情况和长期效果，并就相关文献进行复习。
