Study on the control measures of debris flow

介绍了泥石流的概念、类型、形成条件、发生规律、特点及危害等，并按照预防为主、治理与避让相结合的原则。以保障人民生命财产安全、促进社会经济可持续发展为目标，提出了若干泥石流防治要点。

The concept, types, formation conditions, occurrence regularity, characteristics and harms of debris were introduced in this paper. Adhere to prevention-oriented, governance and avoiding combined principle, taking protecting the safety of people＇s lives and property, and promoting sustainable socio- economic development as the goal, some control measures of debris flow were put forward.
