本文从西部地区农民增收缓慢,增收构成不合理的表象入手,分析了西部地区农民增收模式缺陷的根源在于落后的农业生产组织形式,从现代农业生产组织形式的角度,采用结构—行为—绩效的分析范式,提出农业股份有限公司这种生产组织形式,是确保西部地区农民增收可持续发展的有效模式。

This paper presents the root causes of defects of the mode of increasing peasants＇ income in western region lies in backward agricultural production and organizational form,starting from slow income for western region＇s peasants and unreasonable constitution of increasing income and proposes the Agriculture Co.,LTD.is the effective model of ensuring sustainable development of increasing peasants＇ income in western region by using analytical paradigm of structure—conduct—performance,from the perspective of the organizational forms of modern agricultural production.
