摘要
煤矿事故之所以屡禁不止,人为因素是一个很重要的原因,因此加强对于煤矿安全管理中"人因素"的研究具有十分重要的意义。本文是从人为因素引起的不安全生产进行分析,并就减少人为失误提出自己建议。
Coal mine accidents are long-standing,human factor is a very important reason,therefore,to strengthen the research on ＂human factors＂ in coal mine safety management has the very vital significance.This paper analyzed unsafe production caused by human factors and then put forward the advice of reducing human error.
