摘要
本文主要从地方高校虚拟人力资源的战略伙伴选择实施,外包实施,虚拟师资人力资源管理的构建方面分析了基于虚拟组织的地方高校师资人力资源管理开发对策。
In this paper,the countermeasures of teacher human resources management and development in local colleges and universities based on virtual organization are analyzed from the aspects of the strategic partner selection of the virtual human resources in local colleges and universities,outsourcing implementation,the virtual teacher human resource management building.
