Elementary Analysis on How to Improve Innovation Ability of College Students

由于传统的教学方式过于枯燥,学生容易失去学习兴趣和动力,处于被动学习的状态,与实际社会脱节,扼杀了其创造性。通过阐述当代大学教育的现状,分析出大学生缺乏创新能力的原因包括思维惰性、被动实践等方面,从而确定了提高大学生创新能力的措施,具体包括:进行课程体系改革;创设有利于创新人才成长的校园文化环境;改善考试方法;实行启发式和讨论式教学方法;倡导主动实践教学法;推行情理诱导与角度教学相结合;运用内容不完全教学法;采取试讲评议法。

Because the traditional teaching methods are too dull,the students are easy to lose interest in learning and motivation,then in a state of passive learning,and disconnected with actual society,which kill the creativity of students.Through elaborating the education status of contemporary university,the reasons of lacking innovation ability are analyzed,including inert thinking,passive practice,etc.Then the measures on how to improve innovation ability of university students are determined.The specific measures include reforming curriculum system,creating campus cultural environment which is benefit for the growth of innovative talent,modifying the examination methods,carrying out heuristic and discussion teaching methods,advocating active practice teaching method,advancing sense induction connected with perspective teaching,making use of incomplete content teaching method,and adopting trial review method.
