摘要
很多高校图书馆提供了一些临时岗位,接纳部分学生开展勤工助学。然而,在执行过程中遇到一些问题,既不利于工作,也不利于学生的成长。文章就问题的产生原因和解决办法进行了思考和尝试。图书馆员要正确面对学生在勤工助学过程中出现的问题,采用适当方式帮助学生,干好工作。更重要的是,要着眼于育人目标,让参加勤工助学的学生养成较高的职业素养和社会适应能力。
In many university libraries,spare-time jobs are prepared for students who need economical aids to complete their school education.However,there arose some problems.The problems were not only adverse to normal work of libraries,but also adverse for students' development.In order to solve these problems,we analyzed their causes and solution methods.Librarians in charge of such students should deal with these problems in proper manners so as to help them with their work,and promote their cultivation and adaptation to society.
