消防装备维护保养过程中存在的问题及对策

Problems and Countermeasures of Fire-fighting Equipment Maintenance

对于消防部队来说消防装备就是他们的武器,灭火救援就是他们的战场,要想充分发挥消防部队的战斗力保证消防装备的正常使用是一个关键,要想保持消防装备的性能和使用性能,维修保养无疑最为关键,但恰恰在维修保养上现在还存在不少的问题。本文根据现有的研究资料结合自身的工作,认为在维修保养当中主要存在维修保养组织领导差、维修技术人才缺失、进口装备维修难度大等方面上,这些问题的存在极大的限制了消防装备性能的保持和优势的发挥,为此我认为在维修保养工作当中要做到加强维修保养工作的组织领导等几点,只有这样才能保证消防部队战斗力的发挥。

For fire forces,fire-fighting equipment is their weapons and fire-fighting rescue is their battleground.To full play the fighting forces,it is important to ensure normal use of the fire-fighting equipment,and in order to maintain the performance and use of fire-fighting equipment,maintenance is undoubtedly the most critical,but now there are a lot of problems in the maintenance.According to existing research information and combining with the author＇s work,this article believes that the problems in maintenance mainly exist in organization leadership poor,maintenance talent missing,large difficulty of imports equipment maintenance and other aspects,which greatly limit to maintain the fire equipment performance and play its advantage.So the author believes that we should strengthen the maintenance organization leadership and makes several points,so as to guarantee the role of fire forces.
