高校毕业生基层就业SWOT分析——以黑龙江省为例

SWOT Analysis of College Graduates Employed in Grass-root Organizations:Taking Heilongjiang Province as an Example

通过对黑龙江省内5所高校和基层就业毕业生的问卷调查与实地访谈,运用SWOT分析法,对高校毕业生基层就业形势进行战略分析,最后分别从政府、高校、基层、毕业生四方面提出畅通高校毕业生基层就业道路的对策建议。

Through the questionnaires and field interviews for graduates form five colleges and grass-root organizations in Heilongjiang Province,then use SWOT analysis,take the situation of college graduates employed in grass-root organizations for strategic analysis,propose suggestions that how to dredge the roads for college graduates employed in grass-root organizations from government,college,grassroot organization and graduate four sides.
