摘要
在研究生教育中,导师的作用发挥如何,是影响研究生培养质量的关键因素。只有在研究生自入学到毕业全过程教育中,针对不同对象,不同阶段在制定完善的培养计划的基础上,适度的科学研究指导,以"身教"为主的育人教育,才能达到高质量人才培养的目标要求。
It is a crucial factor in the education of graduate student that how the role of a supervisor plays.The goal of training high quality talent can only be reached by the way of appropriate scientific researches guide and educational anthropology with personification on different object,in different stage with perfect training plan all along the process from enrollment to graduation.
