摘要
高等院校自1999年实行扩招以来,大学毕业生人数连年创新高。但是,近几年,高校扩招背后隐藏的大学生不能当期就业问题日趋严重,而其中高校人才培养结构与社会需求结构失衡所引起的结构性失业占有很大的比重。本文结合高校人才培养结构与社会需求结构失衡的表现,分析了造成高校人才培养结构与社会需求结构失衡的原因,并提出了相应的解决对策。
Ever since the implementation of the increased enrollment by Institutions of Higher Education in 1999,each year has witnessed a considerable increase in college graduates.However,in recent years,increasingly serious unemployment has emerged with it.One of the major reasons for it is the imbalance between talent training model and that of the social demand.This paper firstly makes a detailed analysis of the reasons for such imbalance and then puts forward some strategies to help break such imbalance.
