摘要
本文就我国医疗体制改革以来,对现阶段公立医院法人治理结构模式的几种探索进行比较研究,比较现有模式之间的优缺点及适用性。
The paper makes a comparative study on public hospital corporate governance structure at this stage since our country＇s medical system reform,and compare the advantages and disadvantages and applicability of existing models.
