摘要 目的:探讨低剂量数字化口腔全景摄影技术,以期提高口腔全景影像质量,降低被检者的辐射剂量。材料与方法:利用德国ORTHOPHOS XG型数字化口腔全景摄影机,对60例被检志愿者以机器自动给出的摄影参数和选定的摄影参数进行数字化口腔全景摄影,记录各自的X线量(mAs)并进行比较。结果:儿童及中等体形被检者以90kVp、6mA、14.1s摄影较机器自动给出的62kVp、8mA、14.1s摄影X线量可降低25%;较胖体形被检者以90kVp、12mA、14.1s摄影较机器自动给出的73kVp、15mA、14.1s摄影X线量可降低20%,以90kVp、6mA、14.1s摄影较90kVp、12mA、14.1s摄影X线量可降低50%,且影像质量无明显差异。结论:数字化口腔全景摄影应以较高千伏(90kVp)为宜,可降低被检者的辐射剂量。 Purpose: Study of low dose digital dental panoramic photography, in order to improve oral panorama im- age quality, reduce the examinee radiation dose. Materials and Methods: The use of the German ORTHOPHOS XG digital panoramic camera, in 60 cases tested volunteers to a machine automatically given photographic parameters and the selected photographic parameters of digital dental panoramic photography, recording the respective ray volume ( mAs ) and compare. Results: Children and medium build subject to 90 kVp, 6mA, 14. Is photography is automatically given 62kVp, 8mA, 14. ls photography X amount can be reduced by 25% , fat body subject to 90 kVp, 12mA, 14. ls photography is automatical- ly given 73kVp, 15mA, 14. ls photography X amount can be reduced by 20% , to 90 kVp, 6mA, 14. ls 90 kVp, 12mA, 14. ls photography is photography X amount can be reduced by 50% , and the image quality have no obvious difference. Con- clusion: Digital dental panoramic radiography in High KV (90kVp) is appropriate, can reduce the radiation dose.
