采用分布式功能系统与常规能源相比,可以提高一次能源利用率,在政策鼓励的情况下,设置一定比例的分布式功能系统有较好的投资回报率。本文将从热力系统供能方案、建设用地、经济影响等3个角度将阐述商业地产分布式能源项目的可行性。
Compared to conventional energy,CHP can enhance the rate of primary energy usage,and proper scale of CHP can have better return on investment.This article is going to analysis the possibility of CHP on large commercial estate standing in heating supply system,mechanical roomand economical influence separately.
