摘要
重点研究了CPR1000重要厂用水泵的铸造工艺设计原则及实际铸造过程中需要控制的重点,同时给出了泵体理化试验与无损探伤规范参数。为减少重要厂用水泵泵体铸造缺陷的产生及提高缺陷的检出率提供借鉴。
This paper researched the manufacture of CPR1000 essential service water pump body,focusing on the project of casting process and the points demanding attention during the practical casting process,and provided normative parameters for physical chemical tests and non-destructive tests.Our paper contributes to decrease of casting defects and improvement on detection rates of casting defects.
