摘要
介绍了地铁空调静压风道的特点及送风不均匀性问题,并提出了改善送风均匀性的优化方法。通过对国内某A型地铁列车空调风道内气流组织仿真结果与试验结果的比较,验证了仿真方法的可靠性。在此基础上,利用仿真方法对风道分配箱、主风道及静压风道添加阻力调节板使各送风口阻力达到平衡,最终实现均匀送风。
The characteristic of subway static pressure air-condition and airflow uniformity was stated,and method of optimization was proposed.A case was cited that air distribution of a certain a type subway was simulated.The reliability of simulation method was verified by comparison between experimental results and simulation results.Based on it,bored was added to the distribution box,main duct and static pressure duct to balance the resistance of outlets and make the air distribution uniform.
