Design Improvement on Involute Profile of Roots Blower Rotors

分析了传统渐开线型罗茨鼓风机转子型线上的不足及其原因 ,设计出新的渐开线型转子型线 ,改进后的新型线与传统型线相比 ,具有面积利用系数高、噪声低的优点。

In this paper,shortcomings of conventional involute profile of Roots blower rotors are analyzed,and an improved design is put forward.Compared with the conventional profile,the new one has a higher area coefficient and a lower noise level.
