摘要
采用通用有限元软件ANSYS研究自动振打除灰装置活塞处双Y型密封结构在撞击及回弹状态下的动密封性能。结果表明,开始预紧时Y形圈出现预变形,而随后加载的工作压力能缓解局部变形;随着工作流体和氮气压力的增大,Y形密封元件接触区内的接触应力也随之增大,且最大接触应力大于双边的流压,满足密封的要求。
The dynamic seal performances of double Y sealing structures at the piston of automatic rapping-off-ash equipment under rapping and springback conditions were investigated based on general finite element analysis software ANSYS. Results show that deformation of the Y-type ring is found under the preload case, while the deformation is decreased with the increment of working pressure. Moreover, the contact stress of the Y-type ring is increased when the operating pressure is further increased, and the requirement of the sealing performance can be met due to the maximum contact stress is greater than the inner working pressure.
