摘要
对厌氧氨氧化(Anammox)中试实验快速启动进行了研究。结果表明,在18~25℃、DO3.6mg/L的条件下。通过接种少量成熟污泥能够在无纺布生物转盘中快速启动Anammox反应。90d后,TN去除负荷达到1kg/(m3.d)。Anammox生物膜由黄色逐渐变成红色,生物量增加了20多倍。之后,利用本装置处理污泥消化液,结果表明该工艺处理高氨氮废水具有可行性。
Rapid start-up of a pilot Anammox reactor has been studied. The results show that inoculating a little mature sludge can start up Anammox reaction rapidly in the non-woven rotating biological contaetor (NRBC), under the conditions of temperature 18-25 ℃ ,and DO 3.6 mg/L. After 90 days,the average TN removing load reaches 1 kg/(m3 -d). The color of Anammox biofilm turns from pale yellow to dark red,with a biomass improvement of 20 times. Then, the NRBC is applied to the treatment of sludge digestive juice, and the results demonstrate that the application of this equipment to the treatment of sludge digestive juice for removing high ammonia-nitrogen from wastewater has feasibility.
