摘要
以马来酸酐为原料,制备了环氧琥珀酸(ESA),并研究了在不同实验条件下ESA的收率,之后将其与2-丙烯酰胺基-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)共聚得到ESA/AMPS共聚物。得到了合成ESA的最佳条件:m(NaOH)∶m(MA)为1.22∶1,环氧化pH为4~5,环氧化时间为1.3 h,此时ESA收率可达70%。在m(MA)∶m(AMPS)为4∶1时,共聚物的阻垢分散性能最好,并且其最佳共聚时间为3 h。
Based on maleic anhydride as raw material,epoxy succinic acid(ESA)has been prepared. The yield of ESA under different conditions is studied. ESA/AMPS copolymer is obtained by copolymerizing ESA and 2- aerylamido-2-methylpropane sulfonic acid (AMPS). The optimum conditions of the synthesis of ESA are as follows: m (NaOH) :m (MA) = 1.22:1, pH of epoxidation 4-5, and time of epoxidation 1.3 h. Under this condition, the yield of ESA is 70%. The scale separation capability of the ESA/AMPS copolymer is the best when the mass ratio of MA and AMPS is 4 : 1 and the optimum copolymerization time is 3 h.
