摘要
根据天津某钢厂废水水质特点,将石灰石固定滤床应用于该实际工程中,将废水pH由1-2调节至4-5后,在曝气氧化的条件下,再用碱石灰将pH调至8.5—9,以去除废水中的Fe2+、H+PO43-、Zn2+。采用该方法不仅因为石灰石价格低廉,降低了废水单位处理费用,而且处理效果稳定,便于后续碱石灰投加的自动化控制。
According to the features of the wastewater in a steel works in Tianjin, the limestone in fixed filter bed has been applied to the treatment of acid pickling wastewater. After the pH of the wastewater is adjusted from 1-2 to 4-5, the Fe2+, H+, PO43- and Zn2+ in the wastewater can be removed, when the pH is adjusted to 8.5-9 with soda lime under aeration oxidation conditions. Using the limestone in fixed filter bed for treating the wastewater can not only re- duce the treatment cost, since the limestone is cheap, but also make the treatment steady, and is convenient for con- trolling the subsequent soda lime adding automatically.
