摘要
基于演化博弈理论,针对有机食品供应链,建立了含有消费者影响因素的生产商与零售商利润协调机制的演化博弈模型,证明了演化平衡点的存在,提出了如何在多种条件下选择使生产商与零售商同时利润最大化策略的方法。并合理地解释了现实中有机食品市场普及度不高的现象,为有机食品生产商与零售商做出合理的决策提供理论支持。
By using the theory of evolutionary game, this paper develops the evolutionary game model of the profit coordination mechanism of the producer and retailer of the organic food supply chain which contain the consumer influence factors. It proves the existence problem of the evolution equilibrium points, and proposes the strategy selection method which can make the producers and retailers to get the maximum profit in several conditions. Through example the numerical analysis, this model can explain the truth properly, and provide theory supports to help the producers and retailers of the organic food supply chain to make reasonable choices.
