摘要
工业固体废物的综合利用技术众多,如何综合评价这些技术具有重要意义。文章采用层次分析法对其进行综合评价。应用层次分析法从技术性、经济效益、社会和环境效益三个方面进行评价。结果表明:社会和环境效益对工业固体废物综合利用技术的影响占有绝对的优势。利用各指标的权重得出简化公式,可以对工业固体废物综合利用技术进行综合评价。
There are many kinds of industrial solid waste comprehensive utilization technologies so far, and evaluation of these technologies is more and more important. This paper adopts the analytic hierarchy process to carry on the evaluation considering three aspects: technicality, economic benefit, and social and environmental benefit. The results show that social and environmental benefit occupies absolute advantage in the influence of industrial solid waste comprehensive utilization technologies. Applying the weight of each index to obtain a simplified formula, the simplified formula can be used to evaluate industrial solid waste comprehensive utilization technologies.
