人类转变农业发展方式的趋势对我国农业发展的启示

Transforming the Mode of Agricultural Development in China:Implications from Developed Countries

人类发展历史表明,消耗高、资源浪费、污染环境的粗放型农业发展方式是制约我国农业持续发展和农业生态环境持续恶化的主要原因和影响因素。借鉴经验,强化制度建设和政策导向,积极探索生产要素特别是科技和人力资本进入农业的综合变革,是我们主动适应新形势,实现农业可持续发展的必然选择。文章从人类转变农业发展方式的历史趋势出发,系统分析了我国农业发展的现状及存在的主要问题,并从发达国家促进农业发展的经验及对我国的启示等方面提出了促进我国农业健康、持续发展的对策建议。

It has been demonstrated that the extensive mode of the agricultural development characterized by excessive consumption, wasteful use of resources and environmental pollution is the major factor of restricting a sustainable development of the agriculture and worsening the agricultural environment in China. Therefore, in order to keep a sustainable development, we must adapt to the new situation by implementing the integrated measures to adjust and optimize the current agricultural structure and transform the current mode Of agricultural development, putting technology and human capital into the innovation of agriculture. The present study, based on the developed countries＇ experience of the agricultural development, analyses the present situation and major problems of China＇s agriculture development and then provides some suggestions for the sustainable and healthy development of China＇s agriculture.
