国有林区低碳循环经济耦合发展模式及运行机制的构建

阐述了国有林区低碳循环经济耦合发展模式的内涵,从国有林区低碳循环经济发展模式构建的目标及原则入手,从林户庭院式的微低碳循环模式、企业清洁生产式的小低碳循环模式、生态工业园区式的中低碳循环模式等四个方面设计了林区低碳循环经济耦合发展的模式,并从逐步完善市场调节机制、多方参与机制、科技创新机制等方面构建了运行机制体系。

Based on the meaning of low-carbon cycle economy coupled development, from the construction goat and principle this paper studies the mode from four major aspects, respectively from the micro mode of family, small mode of the enterprises cleaning production, the medium mode of Ecological Industrial Park, etc.. This paper builds the operation mechanism system from market adjustment mechanism, multi-stakeholder involvement mechanism, technological innovation mechanism and etc..
