底板巷水力冲孔卸压增透技术的研究与应用 被引量:41

摘要 为了考察底板巷水力冲孔卸压增透技术对增加煤层透气性,提高瓦斯抽采效果,在浦溪井1259(3)底板巷实施水力冲孔卸压增透技术试验。结果表明:水力冲孔卸压增透半径达到4~5 m,为普通钻孔抽采影响半径的1.6~2.0倍;采取水力冲孔措施的半个月内,钻孔的平均瓦斯抽采浓度是普通钻孔的2.77倍,平均瓦斯流量是普通钻孔的3.43倍,卸压增透效果比较明显,提高了煤层透气性,降低了突出危险性。 In order to investigate the effect of the pressure releasing and permeability improved technology with hydraulic flushing in floor gateway to improve the seam permeability and to improve the gas drainage rate, a trial was conducted on the pressure releasing and permea- bility improved technology with hydraulic flushing in No. 1259( 3 ) floor gateway of Puxijing.The results showed that the radius of the pres- sure releasing and permeability improvement with the hydraulic flushing borehole could reach 4~ 5 m and would be 1.6- 2.0 times higher than the influence radius of the gas drainage with a conventional borehole.Within half month after the hydraulic flushing measures conduc- ted ,the average gas drainage concentration of the borehole was 2.77 times higher than ~he conventional borehole ,the average gas flow value was 3.43 times higher than the conventional borehole,the effect of the pressure releasing and permeability improvement was relatively re- markable,the seam pemmability was improved and the outburst danger was reduced.
